EPOXY | EPU FLOORING

Epoxy and EPU floor coatings are robust and long-lasting options for industrial and commercial floors. These floor coatings can be utilised to provide concrete floors with a stunning, high-performance surface. Epoxy has good mechanical and chemical resistance properties making it widely acceptable in the market. Also epoxy floors can be customised into a wide range of colours, style and effects.

EPU floorings provides flexibility of polyurethanes with the strength of epoxy flooring. It has excellent chemical properties combined with non-tainting properties.

ANTISTATIC ESD FLOORING

Static electricity can cause substantial harm, injuries, and monetary loss in sectors that use electrical components or volatile chemicals. Estampar can help you reduce losses and damages by providing a proven successful antistatic flooring product line.

A surface that dissipates static and reduces triboelectric charging has been created using conductive grade antistats in the formulation. Our ESD flooring systems are self-leveling, hardwearing, chemical resistant and easy to clean. These systems provide a seamless alternative to tile and vinyl finishes – creating a watertight seal that is proven to last.

PU CONCRETE

A monolithic, seamless, solvent-free polyurethane flooring product with a smooth, matt finish is called PU concrete. The molecular structure of PU concrete floors is unusual and has been carefully designed to withstand heavy industrial abuse. It is a cost effective system as it is long lasting, quick and practical to install and meets all the needs of modern processing industry. It doesn’t require any extra primers to be laid on concrete that is seven days old.

XOLUTEC™ COATINGS

The floors in automotive industry are subjected to heavy wear due to forklift and hard wheeled trolley movement. Floor failures are also attributed to the impact from heavy equipments and tools. Non-stop production demands minimum maintenance and short shut down periods.

Based on XolutecTM technology, MasterTopTM XTC is a high-performance, odourless flooring system. It is a blend of PU, PUA & epoxy being developed by master builder solutions- BASF. It provides am easy to clan seamless surface with exceptional resistance to abrasion and impact. The key benefits for the users are reduced cost of ownership as a result of longer maintenance cycles, less downtime, long-lasting aesthetics and increased durability. MasterTop™ XTC is used for new floors and floors needing refurbishment.

DENSIFICATION

For many years, the only way to protect concrete floors was to wrap them in a membrane or film. Coatings, however, were just a short-term fix because they are prone to delamination, scratches, chipping, and wear. The densification concept takes a different approach to protect the concrete floors. As raw concrete floors are porous, moisture absorbant and releases dustinto the air, its hardening was a necessity.

When sodium/lithium silicates or colloidal solutions are applied it penetrates into the pores of the concrete surfaces where it can chemically react with the available lime to produce insoluble calcium silicate hydrate which densify and harden the surface from within and gives high abrasion resistance and dustproof floors. To further withstand extreme industrial environments the floor is polished.

RETROPLATE CONCRETE SYSTEMS

The original purpose of the retro plate method was to remove outdated, worn-out coatings. Later, it also discovered a home in new concrete flooring. Retro plate technology produces a beautiful, very abrasion-resistant floor by chemically treating concrete surfaces and polishing the exposed concrete. The retro plate method can be used in conjunction with cementitious terrazo, integrated colors, shake-on hardeners, acid staining, and shake-on hardeners.

SPECIALISED WAREHOUSING SCREEDS

Warehouse floors require finishes which are of the highest standards to meet the day to day demands of racking solutions, storing heavy items and the movement of heavy machinery including forklifts and conveyor systems.
When specifying a warehousing flooring solution, long lasting durable products are often the number one priority.
Estampar coats has developed an extremely hard weaving warehouse flooring screed system, highly impact resistant with high compressive strengths, twice the compressive strength of concrete. Used for the most demanding warehouse flooring with minimum application of 4-5mm thickness. The life guaranteed for the self developed product is 15 years.
Silo screed is the brain child of the promoter which is been accepted by the warehousing fraternity in India.

OIL AND MOISTURE REPELLENT COATINGS

Refurbishment of existing floors where oil has penetrated deep into the concrete are done using a specially developed oil repellent primer which stops the oil rising above the concrete and seals the surface which enables smooth application of epoxy flooring systems.

To eliminate failure due to moisture content in concrete, a moisture barrier is used as it forms honeycomb structure which reduces the high initial substrate moisture content to less than 4% within 1 to 3 days of application.
This turns out to be a permanent vapour barrier once cured.

EXPANSION JOINT TREATMENT

For use in outside construction conditions, WaboCrete 2 is a three-component polyurethane expansion joint header with specialised aggregate. With the help of a special combination called WaboCrete 2, a watertight system is made by monolithically bonding the expansion joint to the deck. WaboCrete 2 allows the system to bend with deck loads while absorbing traffic impact loads and uniformly dispersing them onto the deck. It is immune to ozone, ultraviolet light, deicing agents, and abrasives. Heat need not be added in order to improve flow or cure the substance. In the blockout, it will level on its own.

When the Wabo bonding agent is used, any natural concrete moisture is prevented from interacting with WaboCrete 2.

COLORED POLISH CONCRETE

Estampar Coats offers colorings that can be used to colour nearly any cementous face, whether it be in your home, flat, parking lot or office. Because of the incredibly small motes used in its expression, it snappily penetrates cement.

High- end artificer, continuity, and a fantastic sense and aesthetic are all wrapped together. These colorings were created for use with polished concrete, but can be used as a base color or touch up for acid stained concrete or as a color stain itself.
